Pulse TV is part of the company’s suite of innovative Caribbean fashion products. Pulse TV was first to produce Caribbean fashion and modelling content, broadcast throughout the region, as well as special markets in the U.S. and the U.K. Pulse owns and operates its own studio, filming and editing facilities as well as its main shoot locations.
Caribbean Fashion Weekly, Ready for CFW and Caribbean Fashion TV are among the company’s titles. These shows highlight the work of international and regional CFW designers, the celebrities attending the event, the supermodels and other key aspects of regional fashion. The show’s broadcast prior to and after Caribbean Fashionweek each year, ensures that fashion maintains a strong presence on the TV landscape.
Pulse was at the forefront of the explosive growth in reality series television with its production of the exciting Caribbean Model Search TV in the early 2000s, well ahead of similar but better known shows produced in the United States and elsewhere. These shows provide additional opportunities to prospective models and also give the Caribbean audience an entrée into the world of modelling, with local talent as show characters. Special 15th anniversary editions of the fashion focused programmes as well as the Pulse Search for the Million Dollar Girl edition of CMS TV, will be broadcast in the upcoming season.
